In consideration of  ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

In consideration of  RELATIONS WITH PARTNERS AND ADVERTISERS

In consideration of  GUARANTEE

In consideration of  SUNDRY PROVISIONS
If any of these clauses is found to be null and void, it shall be considered as not having been written and shall not result in the invalidity of the other clauses. If the company does not enforce any of the rights as arising under these Conditions of Use this shall not be deemed as being an abandonment of its rights.

In consideration of  APPLICABLE LAW - ASSIGNMENT OF JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or the execution of these Conditions of Use must be the object of an attempt at an amicable settlement. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the laws of France and submitted to the relevant Court within the jurisdiction of the Cour d’Appel de Pau ruling in accordance with the laws of France
